Admission Procedures for New Kindergarten K4 and K5 Students-
Each prospective applicant and his/her parents/guardian must do the following:
- Arrange a tour and interview with the admissions office.
- Submit a certified copy of the student’s birth certificate.
- Submit a State of Florida Immunization Record and physical form.
- Submit a copy of the student’s social security card.

- Arrange a parent/student interview with the administration.
- Submit a certified copy of the student’s birth certificate.
- Submit a State of Florida Immunization Record and physical.
- Submit copies of the last two report cards/transcripts.
- Submit copies of the last two national standardized testing results.
- Submit a copy of the student’s social security card.
- Take an entrance test (if necessary).

Prospective secondary applicants and their parents/guardian must do the following:
- Call the office to arrange a parent/student interview with the administration.
- Submit a notarized copy of the student’s birth certificate.
- Submit a State of Florida Immunization Record and physical.
- Submit a copy of the student’s social security card.
- Submit copies of the last two report cards/transcripts.
- Submit copies of the last two national standardized testing results.
- Take an entrance exam (if necessary).
